ГАЗ выплатит дивиденды впервые с 2007 года

Совет директоров крупнейшего производителя легких коммерческих автомобилей в РФ Группы ГАЗ рекомендовал выплатить дивиденды в размере 13,72 рубля на одну привилегированную акцию и отказаться от выплат по обыкновенным акциям, сообщила компания в пятницу.

Общий размер выплат ОАО ГАЗ составит 19,94 миллиона рублей при чистой прибыли 684,7 миллиона рублей по российским стандартам отчетности. ОАО ГАЗ — головная компания Группы ГАЗ, выпускающей легкие коммерческие автомобили, грузовики, автобусы, автомобильные двигатели и другие автокомпоненты.

Группа ГАЗ на 61,05 процента принадлежит российскому миллиардеру Олегу Дерипаске. Компания, которая пережила катастрофический спад продаж в кризис 2008-2009 годов, получила первую чистую прибыль по международным стандартам только по итогам 2010 года. В последний раз он платил дивиденды по итогам докризисного 2007 года.

В первом полугодии 2012 года выручка компании по МСФО поднялась на 10% до 57,6 миллиарда рублей, EBITDA — на 26% до 6,3 миллиарда рублей, чистая прибыль более чем удвоилась до 3,5 миллиарда рублей.
