Рекомендации дивидендов Сургутнефтегаза за 2013 год

Совет директоров "Сургутнефтегаза" рекомендовал акционерам на годовом собрании одобрить выплату дивиденда за 2013 год: на привилегированную акцию — 2,36 рубля, на обыкновенную акцию — 0,6 рубля, говорится в сообщении компании.

Дата, на которую определяются лица, имеющие право на получение дивидендов, — 16 июля 2014 года.

В целом на выплату дивидендов может быть направлено 39,612 млрд рублей, что на 35% больше по сравнению с прошлым годом.

Чистая прибыль "Сургутнефтегаза" по РСБУ за 2013 год составила 256,516 млрд рублей. Таким образом, на дивиденды компания может направить порядка 15,5% чистой прибыли.

За 2012 год компания направила на дивиденды 29,26 млрд рублей — 18% от чистой прибыли.

Дивидендная политика "Сургутнефтегаза" не меняется уже давно, и в ближайшие годы ее не планируется менять, заявлял в интервью Агентству нефтяной информации глава компании Владимир Богданов. По его словам, "Сургутнефтегаз" платит в нефтяной отрасли одни из самых высоких дивидендов, направляя на их выплату порядка 20% чистой прибыли.
