ФК "Открытие" передумала сливаться с Номос-банком

Финансовая корпорация "Открытие" отказалось от слияния с Номос-банком, сославшись на неэффективность первоначальной концепции, в пользу сохранения отдельных банков со специализацией на корпоративном и розничном бизнесе. "Интеграционная структура банковских активов будет заключаться в том, что Номос-банк будет владеть контрольным пакетом в банке "Открытие" и Ханты-Мансийском банке", — сказал замглавы ФК "Открытие" Алексей Карахан.

ФК "Открытие", которая в августе 2013 года купила 20 процентов акций Номоса из 26,5 процента, проданных чешской PPF бизнесмена Петра Келлнера, за два года хочет консолидировать 100 процентов банка, получив контроль в нем до конца 2013 года. Первоначальный проект консолидации предполагал объединение Номос-банка с его "дочкой" — Ханты-Мансийским банком и банком "Открытие". Номос-банк будет специализироваться на корпоративном бизнесе, банк "Открытие" — на розничном, Ханты-Мансийский банк — покрывать свой регион — такая структура более эффективна "для фокуса на приоритетных клиентских сегментах", сказал Карахан.

На начало марта крупнейшим акционером ФК "Открытие" с долей в 39,46 процента был Вадим Беляев, 14 процентов принадлежало его партнеру Борису Минцу, 15,92 процента — группе госбанка ВТБ, который в апреле сообщил о продаже своего пакета. Олег Малис владел 4,95 процента акций корпорации, фонд Da Vinci — 4,95 процента, глава Роснано Анатолий Чубайс — 2,19 процента, пенсионный фонд Лукойл-Гарант — 4,29 процента.
