Акционеры ОАО "Полюс Золото" на внеочередном собрании 27 декабря не приняли решение о выплате промежуточных дивидендов за 9 месяцев 2013 года, говорится в сообщении компании.

"Решение об объявлении дивидендов по результатам девяти месяцев 2013 года не принято", — сообщил золотодобытчик.

Представитель Polyus Gold (крупнейший акционер "Полюс Золото") сообщил, что компания голосовала против выплаты дивидендов, так как считает
необходимым сохранить эти средства в распоряжении "Полюс Золото". "Это необходимо в целях поддержания сильной финансовой позиции в условиях макроэкономической нестабильности, связанной со значительным падением мировых цен на золото в последнее время и их возможным дальнейшим снижением", — заявил представитель Polyus Gold.

Ранее совет директоров "Полюс Золота" рекомендовал акционерам на внеочередном собрании одобрить выплату дивидендов по результатам 9
