Газпром увеличил дивиденды за 2013 год

Правление "Газпрома" на заседании в понедельник рекомендовало выплатить дивиденды за 2013 год в размере 7,2 рубля на акцию, сообщил Агентству газовой информации (АГИ) источник, знакомый с ситуацией.

За 2012 год дивиденды составили 5,99 рубля на акцию.

"Газпром" на данный момент строит дивидендную политику из расчета 25% от чистой прибыли по российским стандартам с поправкой на неденежные статьи.

Расчет дивиденда 2013 года без поправки на неденежные статьи привел бы к 6,63 рубля на акцию.

Рекомендация дивидендов в размере 7,2 рубля на акцию говорит о том, что компания при расчете базы дивидендов применила все поправки на бумажные статьи в пользу акционеров.

На повышение дивидендной базы сработала поправка на бумажный убыток по курсовым разницам, которая была отчасти компенсирована бумажной прибылью от высвобождения резервов по ретроактивным платежам, прибылью от роста акций "Газпром нефти". Публикуемая отчетность "Газпрома" не позволяет самостоятельно полностью рассчитать сумму поправок.
