"Максвелл Капитал" лишился лицензии

Центробанк 30 мая аннулировал лицензию профессионального участника рынка ценных бумаг инвестиционной компании "Максвелл Капитал". Компания больше не имеет права заниматься брокерской, дилерской и депозитарной деятельностью, а также управлять ценными бумагами, сообщает пресс-служба Банка России.

По данным ЦБ, "Максвелл Капитал" была лишена лицензии из-за неоднократного нарушения требований российского законодательства о ценных бумагах и о противодействии легализации доходов, полученных преступным путем, и финансированию терроризма.

ИК "Максвелл Капитал" вместе с управляющей компанией — ООО "Максвелл Капитал Менеджмент" — входит в состав финансового холдинга "Максвелл Капитал Групп". История этого холдинга началась в 2000г. именно с создания инвесткомпании, которая оказывала услуги в области доверительного управления капиталом собственным корпоративным клиентам, преимущественно западным.

Под управлением компании находятся 11 открытых паевых инвестиционных фондов. Объектами инвестирования являются акции, облигации, коммерческая и жилая недвижимость, а также паи сторонних инвестфондов.

Сегодня ЦБ также лишил лицензии профессионального участника рынка ценных бумаг инвестиционную компанию "Доходные инвестиции". По данным Центробанка, она также нарушала законодательство о ценных бумагах и о противодействии легализации доходов и финансированию терроризма.
