Соглашение "Интерроса", "РусАла" и Millhouse, заключенное в декабре прошлого года, устанавливало, что ГМК выплатит акционерам по итогам
прошлого года $2 млрд. Кроме того, компания может дополнительно направить на дивиденды $1 млрд в случае продажи зарубежных или непрофильных энергетических активов (основной из них — 11% "Интер РАО ЕЭС").
