Китайский регулятор нашёл владельца "толстого пальца"

Государственный регулятор (China Securities Regulatory Commission, CSRC) определил, что источником сильного роста китайского индекса Shanghai Composite в конце прошлой недели стала компания China Everbright Securities.

Китайский регулятор заявил, что начал расследование. Не исключено, что к образованию шипа на графике Shanghai Composite привела системная, а не человеческая ошибка, говорится в заявлении регулятора.

В CSRC подтвердили, что торговая система Everbright Securities по ошибке разместила в пятницу заявку на покупку 23 400 000 000 юаней, из которой 7 270 000 000 юаней было исполнено.

Для хеджирования образовавшегося риска фирма продала 1 850 000 000 юаней в ETF, и открыла короткую позицию на тысячи фьючерсов. Компания заявила, что не будет немедленно продавать весь объём своей случайной покупки.

Собственная торговая деятельность Everbright Securities была заморожена комиссией по регулированию рынка ценных бумаг. Компании также запрещено открытие новых фьючерсных позиций.

Данный инцидент это "первый подобный случай на китайском рынке капитала", сообщает CSRC.

Несмотря на повышенное внимание, Everbright снова оступилась в понедельник, случайно продав облигации на 10 миллионов юаней с огромной скидкой.
