Совет директоров ГМК "Норильский никель" назначил дату годового общего собрания акционеров компании — 6 июня. Список акционеров, имеющих право на участие в собрании, составляется на 30 апреля 2013 года.

Совет также рассматривал размер дивидендных выплат компании по итогам 2012 года.

Соглашение "Интерроса", "РусАла" и Millhouse, заключенное в декабре прошлого года, устанавливало, что ГМК выплатит акционерам по итогам
прошлого года $2 млрд. Кроме того, компания может дополнительно направить на дивиденды $1 млрд в случае продажи зарубежных или непрофильных энергетических активов (основной из них — 11% "Интер РАО ЕЭС").
